Flexible fabric compensator

Flexible fabric compensator can compensate the axial, angular, with no thrust bearing design, simplify, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistant, silencing damping characteristics of flexible fabric compensator is especially suitable for hot blast pipe and soot pipe.

The flexible fabric compensator is divided into two types: rectangular and circular. Its performance and usage are consistent.

Features of flexible fabric compensator:

1. Compensation thermal expansion: it can compensate the multi-direction, which is much better than the metal compensator which can only be compensated with single type.

2. Compensation installation error: in the process of pipeline connection, the system error is inevitable. The non-metal fabric compensator compensates the installation error better.

3. Noise reduction: fiber fabric and insulated cotton body have the function of sound absorption and vibration isolation, which can effectively reduce the noise and vibration of the boiler, fan and other systems.

4. No thrust: the main material is fiber fabric, unable to pass. The non-metal fiber compensator can simplify the design, avoid large support, and save a lot of materials and labor.

5. Good heat resistance and corrosion resistance: the selected fluorine and silicone materials have good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

6. Good sealing performance: there are relatively perfect production and assembly systems, and non-metal flexible compensators can guarantee no leakage.

The price of non-metallic fabric compensator is lower than that of metal compensator and quality over imported products.
